Here i´d like to share my expiriences with my first final leg(C-leg4):
I use a Pin Liner cause the tech told me it is the savest Option for my short leg, vacuum could get loose in some situations:
I use a Triton foot:
Ok now you have seen my Setup, i go tell you some about:
The C-Leg is much saver than pure mech knee´s the result more weight ca. 1300g the complete, leg complete ca.4,5kg. The Basic functions are Walking etc. with hydraulic, stand with blocked knee in a soft angle and the cycling Modus to ride a bike free spin. For me the function called Intuitive Stance is well for comfortabe Standing, it allows you in the Walking Modus to angle your knee as much you Need to stand comfortable than a quick stop and after put weight back on it´s froozen. If you don´t put enough pressure on foot and have a angle like for moving Forward it won´t release to swing the lower leg, so for me it´s like an electronic Physiotherapeut(in german) which tells you you did something wrong. Cause you can use a Smartphone to get contact to the knee by Bluetooth and the Cockpit Software(App) you also have the Option to deactivate some function like the Intuitive Stance, Wheelchair etc. for example, i like that you can adjust the hydraulic a bit to compare different weights if your using a heavy Rucksack or getting better so Walking downwards feels to slow for example. The battery is good enough for two days of use on low-medium activity, the Manual says extreme ativities for 13h are possible. I use a Triton foot which has a very soft tail which is comfortable it reduces the Impact on seatbone and he´s very flexibel to fit on rough ground.
In Germany everyone got health insurance, each has the right to get the best possible System. It´hard to see People didn´t get help cause thoose parts are very expensive, just my knee for example is around 20k €´s.
