This is Pippin, she's a Netherland dwarf, she's comforted me through some really tough times over the last few years. Attachments:

Beautiful bunny...is that a "formal Easter portrait?" Ha ha, I could say yes but it was done as a bit of fun last year...I have to admit there's also a Christmas one too She's so placid, she has even posed with a cabbage leaf on her head!

Yes Ann she's a house bunny. She was 10 weeks old when I got her and she was litter trained within 10 days. I'm sure she thinks she's royalty! When I take her for her annual shots the vets always comment on how placid she is, she lies on her back to have her nails clipped In the summer she plays in the garden with my niece and even goes for rides in the dolls pushchair I'm going to miss her when I'm in hospital and I'm sure she'll miss me...the other pets don't care if I'm here or not as long as they get fed lol

U know most people wouldn't believe that a rabbit loves that much...bet u were glad to see her also when u got home from the hospital. Funny how animals take up with human beings; how they know u need them; how they adapt to indoor living & how when we r hurting we need their closeness and love.
Tell Pippin a gal from USA loves her.

Hi Ann, I agree people don't think a rabbit can be as loving, a lot of people are surprised to see Pippin so friendly, placid and living indoors. I really missed her when I was in hospital, my friend, who was looking after my pets sent me a photo of Pippin to keep me going lol. When I got home she came straight to me and was even more loving and cuddly than usual, I think she knew something was different. She kept smelling my stump and sitting with her nose close to it without moving, like she was guarding it then just the other day she sat on my stump and wouldn't move, she kept growling when I tried to move her, I wonder if she thought she was protecting it. I left her where she was as she was doing no harm even though she was sitting on my 6" thigh scar

I think she tolerates him like a sister does a brother lol, He's a noisy boy, he was yelling at 5am today, the blackbirds encourage him I also have a huge hamster and a fish, friends call me Dr Dolittle

We just got a dog about two months ago, a dachshund/beagle mix. Can't see where I can attach a picture. I haven't had a dig for fifty years, my wife never had a dog. We just love him, he's so adorable. So lovable and affectionate. If someone can show me how to attach a picture, I'll post one.
