Hi, Jon. Perhaps one of the following organization may be able to help you: The Barr Foundation is a non-profit organization determined to help improve the quality of life for amputees in the United States and across the globe. Every year thousands of amputees are refused prosthetic limbs due to lack of funds or lack of proper medical insurance. The Barr Foundation helps to provide these people with the funding, treatment, and prosthetic devices needed to return them to their normal lifestyles. Over the last 10 years, the Barr Foundation has helped over 1200 amputees in 30 states and 21 foreign countries become "Whole Again". www.opedge.com/Advertiser/barr/The Limbless Association (UK) provides information and support to the limb-loss community. Among the benefits they provide are Awards, Grant & Prizes, Welfare Benefits, and Fundraising. limbless-association.org/index.php/what-we-doLimbs for Life Foundation programs include a Prosthesis Fund--Money raised through fundraisers, benefits, and charitable donations is used directly to benefit the life of an amputee. Each qualified applicant is partnered with a certified prosthetist who fits them for a brand-new prosthesis and provides essential follow-up care. Prosthetists partner with the foundation by offering their services, while qualified physical and occupational therapists provide cost-free follow-up calls to those who receive prosthetic awards. The World Limb Bank collects used limbs and distributes them, free of charge, to amputees in developing countries. www.limbsforlife.org/Various Amputee Resources abilitytools.org/resources/amputee-resources.phpBest of luck, Helen
