Fall

Hi, 

I have been a BKA for 21 yrs now. I had a fall two weeks ago when not wearing my limb.
I decided to get it x rayed yesterday and found out I’ve fractured my Tibia, I don’t expect the Orthopaedics to do anything but I’m awaiting a call.

I was wondering if anyone else has any experience of a fracture

No fractures yet ,cross my fingers. I fall all the time. I’m on 3 different blood thinners so I’m always having hematomas all the time.

'Fracture' simply means 'crack'.
If you are not feeling pain , you're ok
just give it some time and you'll be fine
