Hi everyone,
My name is Peg. I have been below knee amputee for 3 1/2 years. I was walking and a dump truck ran over my left leg. Doing well and adapting. I am having trouble finding any useful information about buying women’s snow boots. What kind should I buy that will fit over my foot? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Peg! Welcome to these forums!
Although I can't comment specifically on your situation, I can tell you that for my situation, I had to get footwear for the winter with a low boot. Because I can't point my toes on the prosthetic side, I can't get the foot into a taller boot and around the corner, unless the tongue of the boot comes out right onto the top of the foot. In 27 years, I've only found one set of this type of boot that I use for ultra-cold activities like hunting and ice fishing in the winter months.
Thanks,
