How do you drive being a right amputee? I can't answer for Intpo, but since I am right leg AKA and I drive, it's 101% doable as long as you drive an automatic and you have the accelarator pedal on the left. There are companies that provide these kind of kits and there are companies that actually just do some custom modifications (if you don't want to go the kit route).
In my case, I bought a kit for my exact car model (back in 2007, I think it was a Swedish company) and went to a mechanic to install it (the kits are retrofit so yuo don't have to solve any issues). So, basically that kit replaces the accelerator/brake (remember, automatic) with a foldable accelerator pedal (left), a brake pedal (fixed) and another foldable accelerator pedal (right). By the way, until I had my accident, I had never driven a car so it was very easy for me to learn how to drive with the accelerator pedal on the left. For guys and gals that already drove cars I guess a fairly mental preparation and practice is required.
So, when I drive it the right accelerator pedal is folded, if I want anyone else to drive it I just fold the left accelerator pedal and unfold the right accelarator pedal and Bob's your uncle.
There are other ways to drive a car with a stick when you are AKA but they are too compicated and messy if you ask me (clutch on hand etc.).
In case of right leg BKA, I've seen guys and gals around here that drive any car with zero modifications (having the knee is a big advantage here) but I doubt if it's legal to do so (at least in my country).
