Can people post prices for pull socks and campare pricies? I was wondering what the differance was from place to place. I will posr when I get a chance to buy some.

Go to your local pharmacy and ask them to sell you a box of four inch (20 cm) stockinette. Most people use cotton because it's cheaper but the Nylon will last much longer and is smoother to boot.
You may even be able to buy this on-line.

i am trying the army navy surplus store cpo told me the stuff they are using is parchute material damn pull socks are not cheap ted i tried what you said could not get it to work my older cpo said back in the day they just used a ace wrap tried that to no luck

I've used 6" Ace bandages for ever and I find I get total contact when I use them. I tried stockinette and wasn't able to pull it through, I just got stuck. I tried a nylon pull sock (kite?) and it was really hard work and cut into the hand, even wearing the fingerless gloves that I use when I don my legs with Ace bandages. They are also quite expensive approx $150 ea. A side point... don't even try the cheaper elastic bandages, they just rip. Ace bandages will last for months.
