Mine was bad, so I thought I'd share it since it seemed like such a sensible sport.....
It went alright actually up to the part where we were pushing the water around and in front of us. I think what happened was that standing on one leg meant that I was twisting on the axis of shoulder hip with the prosthetic-side hip coming around to the front. The long and short of it was that I ended-up with a herniated disc.
Has anyone else tried ?

Oh dear...that sounds dreadful! I really used to LOVE aqua-aerobics and was hoping to take it up again, now that I'm in a town that offers it. I may still give it a try...maybe if I were to wear my water-leg it would be helpful?? What do you guys think?

I've done aqua-aerobics a few times, and it definitely works better with a water-leg. Best to leave the foot "locked" in walking mode if your fortunate enough to have a "swimming" ankle, at least if you're in water you can stand in.
