It has been 2 years tomorrow (6/23) that my son's leg was amputated after a lawn mower accident 23 days earlier on June 1st. He has continued to amaze me every day! We made our decision based on mobility and I don't regret that decision at all. He is currently in his 2nd soccer camp, he wrestled on a wrestling team all winter, swims, runs, jumps, boogie boards, golfs, and pretty much does what he wants. The biggest bumps have been that he is in his 5th leg in 2 years because he grows like a weed. He has never in 2 years said "if I had my foot, I would..." He makes being an amputee look easy, even though I know every day and first hand that it is absolutely not easy. I still think back to all of the help you guys gave me two years ago. Your words of wisdom, encouragement, and prayers truly were a saving grace. I attached a picture of our last beach trip for you all to enjoy Love to all, Mom to Noble Attachments:

That is definitely a great update for a Thursday morning. Thanks for posting this. I was actually wondering just the other day how he (and you) were doing.

Lovely picture, M2N, and lovely blue sky too!
Thanks for the boost, and best wishes to you both.

a good pick me up thanks I love the magic of being around kids. it motivates the hell out of me.
Yesterday a little boy was staring at me in my wheelchair and he wispered soming to his brother/ The brother asked me what happened to my leg. I told him I lost at mortal kombat and the last thing I heard was "finish Him"
Both boys mouths droped open and their dad busted out laughing.
