I use to do a lot of shotgun clay target sports. Now that can wear you out by the end of the day if you are not in good shape. I liked walking the sporting clays coarse, It may be 1 mile of rough ground.
I blow out my stump a few years ago by busting my return artery and had reconstructive surgery, I had to keep my leg off for 3 months. I still was doing my clay target games on sticks and that damn near killed me walking the sporting clays coarse in sticks. I wish I had an ATV or UTV at that time...
Good upper body work out. I sure was fun though..
