Two year traumatic arm amp comprehensive pain exam ideas

Having in-hospital full pain workup next week.  Looking for any specific suggestions about what tests, procedures to have.  

So far, from this board I have already found one area that didn 't occur to docs, I suspect that patients and docs who read this have some specialized knowledge.
