Frustrated. Has anyone tried the Unity Sleeveless Vacuum?

I am a young 45yo. Gym, hiking. I wear a Icecross Seal in X5 that 5 ribbed areas. My leg I had lanced 3X this year missing two weeks of work each time. 

Has anyone tried this new version:

or the Unity suspension?

17 years I've been at this Keano, not athletic anymore but no holds, hard on the gear every day user. Regardless of what techs tell you, I use a locking pin with all it's faults. Suspension is only as good as the seal, which doesn't last in the real world. I need to know my leg's not falling off. And hey, I'm 45 too..
